How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer worldwide shipping. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location; however, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that a return handling fee may apply depending on your region.
Where are Flattered products manufactured?
Quality and craftsmanship are our priorities. All Flattered shoes and accessories are designed in Stockholm and handcrafted by skilled artisans in our partner factories in Spain and Italy, ensuring ethical production and high-quality finishes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additionally, we offer flexible payment options through Klarna, as well as digital wallet payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do I find the right size?
Most of our styles run true to size. We provide a detailed size guide on every product page with measurements in both EU and US sizing. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend selecting the larger size for closed-toe shoes.
How should I care for my leather products?
To ensure the longevity of your Flattered items, we recommend treating leather with a protective spray before first use. Avoid contact with water and excess heat. For suede items, use a specialized suede brush to maintain the texture and remove surface dirt.
